UPDATE - problem solved
Kudos to the Seller - after my original review (below) they reached out to me. Apparently I wasn't pressing the button quickly enough and should have read the instructions more carefully. The resets work now as-advertised, but not via a long press as indicated on the face of the unit - they are via a quick sequence of button clicks...the quantity of which dictates what number gets reset. Still not exactly what I was looking for, but workable and I appreciate the fast response from the Seller...good customer service!-- Original review --As best I can tell, the numbers are accurate. However, there is no reset on the times or mA. Supposedly, a long press on the button resets the values, but all it does is flip the screen. I bought this specifically to test times and battery pack conditions (how many mA are available in the pack when fully charged, etc.). So, while it does seem to perform the other functions properly, it doesn't fit my needs (because it doesn't work as advertised). Not a total loss, but I don't recommend it if you need to utilize the time or mA drained functions.

Load quit working
I was using the usb load rated for 21 volts on a 19v usb in conjunction with the digital tester. The fan on the load spun very very fast and the load would not draw more than 2 amps. The tester never showed voltage higher than 19 volts throughout this. Afterwards, the load would never draw more than 1.9 amps. The tester part still works fine. Contacted seller. (Update) Seller sent me a new one and updated the product listing.

Does what I need it to do
I wanted to test the draw on USB ports to see if the were what they claimed. Some of the devices I use require a min amount of current or they could be destroyed. I was able to determine working USB ports as well as test for overloaded ports. Good tool.

Helps Debug phone, battery phone cases, intermittent usb cables w/ broke wires, etc...
Display shows values including: current volts,amps,watts and watt hours, and more...It can handle the 9volt USB, which I’m using with QI chargers.I wish the load simulators fine adjustment was a multi-rotation potentiometer to get greater resolution.Maybe I’ll splice and soldier on a multi-turn pot for better resolution.
