Microfibre not up to the mark
Bought the product with high hopes but the microfibre quality is not good. After using it once only it catches dirt which does not get off easily

Item defective
It has two telescopic rod which are required to be fitted in the groove to make it function. The groove doesn't mesh properly & as a result the system becomes lopsided & disfunctional.Unfortunately when I started using it today for the first time, I detected the problem. Hence request you to please arrange to get it replaced with a a good one or else refund the amount. Thank you in anticipation. Regards
