I got a battery and cells from this company and, one - the cells seem to be genuine good quality, they are not cheap but they hold a lot of charge, not like some of the fake cells you can get online. Two - the company has very good, responsive and reasonable customer service attitude - they do sort out all queries professionally, no tricks involved.

Battery was delivered well before estimated date. I was having difficulty finding a replacement battery for my old ebike, a Wisper works 905 with a kettle lead connection. Didn't have the old battery case so built a new case for the battery out of plastic ceiling cladding, put a male kettle socket and switch on case. every thing works well.

I bought a 20ah for £79, also from Amazon, but this 12ah is over twice as good -- after being fully charged. You get what you pay for and the ah was a lie from the other seller, must be.

This product is well made and operates exactly as it should but maybe the charging wire could be a bit longer.

Avevo una vecchia bici con una batteria al piombo da 10Ah e 36V. Il peso del pacco batteria è di 12kg. Ho comprato questa batteria da 36V con un amperaggio superiore 12Ah.Ho levato tantissimo filo elettrico in più e circa 10 kg di peso.La batteria al litio acquistata è dichiarata di 12Ah e percorro 20km in autonomia,mentre con la precedente batteria di 10Ah avevo una autonomia di 33 km.Il tempo di ricarica della batteria al litio è di 4 ore circa.Il pacco batteria nuovo è arrivata prima del tempo previsto, correttamente imballata.
