Nice Drive and Easy to Use
I like this USB drive, it is very well built and is easy to use. I was actually a bit surprised as to how well it is built - not cheesy at all.

Does not work on Windows 10 - Revised
This product has two partitions, a public and a secure (which is another problem - it is not possible to have a single volume which is secure). When plugged in, it the public partition mounts as a drive in Windows, but it is not possible to view the secure partition. I did some digging around and got hold of a Linux machine. Plugging it into that and the secure partition is visible without any issues (so it may work fine on Mac as well). After repeated attempts, it is not possible to get the secure partition to show up in Windows using either the fingerprint scanner or the password override. The fact that the admin tool talks about a "Passwrod" should have clued me in. Zero stars, completely useless.EDIT:First off, I would say that customer service is excellent. They reached out to me and replaced the unit at no charge. The second unit does work differently to the first, so clearly something was wrong with the first unit. This makes a big difference and I have updated my review and rating. The good customer service alone is worth that. Well done to their customer support team. They also clarified that it is not possible to have a 100% secure drive. Some of the space MUST be allocated to the public / non secure drive. That is a problem if you want a "secure drive", and it also means the drive cannot be used in a headless configuration (eg: In a DVR).

Instructions EXCEEDINGLY unclear.
I installed the app, registered a print, and that's that - how do you secure this device? I plugged it into other machines and all could read it, I tried registering a non-admin print and it didn't change anything. All files appear to be completely visible at all times to anyone on any machine (I tried two Windows and two Linux boxes but have not tried Mac yet). I tried using different registered and unregistered prints while the device was plugged in to lock it to no avail. Please enlighten me.====UPDATE====After spending a lot more time on this, the thumbprint (sometimes) unlocks a second partition on the drive. I've been slammed and have not been able to try it's functionality in other operating systems but will as soon as I can. As stated, it doesn't work all the time nor easily and there is no set time to hold the print on the device before it's unlocked, but, all-in-all, it technically does work. Just not all that well.

INFECTED WITH MALWARE
Do not buy this product. After plugging it in, I instantly got security notifications that it is infected with malware (see screenshots). Will be returning.

the thumb drive needs to be in a USB port when you press your finger to unlock it
Pros: It works (including the fingerprint lock) after some trial and error.Cons: The thumb drive needs to be in a USB port when you press your finger to unlock it.That might be a con for some laptops and desktops but it is a MAJOR CON for my desktopbecause my desktop's USB ports are aligned vertically, which means if the adjacent USB portis currently in use, then trying to get my finger print on this Aiibe Fingerprint USB drive might beimpossible unless I either remove the adjacent flash drive or rearrange the flash drives so I can touchthe fingerprint scanner. Installation instructions were NOT clear and were missing some details, including a key detailthat you need to keep the USB drive connected to a USB port when you apply your fingerprint.
