Balsamic Glaze by Botticelli, 8.4oz

This replaces my previous bottle of Botticelli Organic Balsamic Vinegar. They redesigned the bottle to make it more compact. Now fits on any shelf. There was not any "shrink-flation" as well, still get exactly 16.9 fluid ounces. Same great taste, easy to store bottle. I will buy again.After I posted the above, I noticed several purchasers gave it one star, and out of curiosity I read the reviews. In a nutshell, this is a premium product at an economical price. It is high value for the money. It is unfair to compare it to products that cost 2,3,4 and 5 X the cost. The best review on-line here is the 3 Star review, they purchase this produce, heat it to reduce it's volume by 50% and thicken it. They save big doing that. The bottom line this is a great product at a very fair price, and yes, it is vinegar viscosity, not syrup out of the bottle. Our major use is to make our own Creamy Balsamic salad dressing, just add a quality prepared mustard, some mayonnaise and shake for a minute. Great taste, this vinegar excels here, I have tried many different ones and this is the best I have found.

I had this over my homemade Caprese appetizer or my tomato & mozzarella stacks (as our cook refers to them). Delicious, even when we ran out of basil for ‘stacks’.I am looking forward to trying this drizzle elsewhere - for sure with olive oil as dipping sauce for bread!

This vinegar is very good quality I can not beleive that it is only a few bucks a bottle. Absolutely the best value and taste of any balsamic on the market today, bar none. Cook it down to make a reduction and you have the best tasting and cheapest reduction also so you kill 2 birds with one stone. Value, value, value, 5 Stars A++++ what more can you ask for.

Got this to make little bruschetta. Drizzle this on top of little bread with tomatoes and mozzarella, fast and easy fancy little appetizer. This sauce is thick and strong, for a bold flavor pop.

There are so many to choose from and I'm glad I chose Botticelli. It's as good, if not better than others I have tried and the price is very reasonable.

We tried their product in the past and liked it.We always used the Costco brand but it has 6g added sugar compared to 1g for the Botticelli brand. Same serving size.The 6-500mL bottles were wrapped so good that the shipping box could have been dropped from 1,000’ without damage to the product!! The product was packaged and shipped from Botticelli Foods.

Needs to ageI bought 2 and slowly cooked it down to half the amount then it was perfect just like the expensive aged syrupy stuff that you could drizzle over ice cream fruit or cheese without paying the mega bucks
