Excellent product
I am using this product for nose and throat cough. It is so helpful. For hair i am also using it. Steam are best for face. After purchase this product i dont require to go for facial. My money saved for facial. Plastic quality is good. Its easy to operate for senior citizens also

Not delivered after exchanging
This item is not working and i exchanged with new but they picked up the product but not delivered new to me

Nice product
Very nice product but giving smell of plastic for first 1 minute of steam. After that very nice specially for face steaming.

NOT WORKING IF BOUGHT DONT THROW BOX UNTILL USE IT 3-4 TIMES
Not working unfortunately I have throne the box otherwise would have returned it. no steam nothing is coming out just wire is getting hot due to electricity consumption.

Not a desired product
1. Thermostat didn't work thus temperature of water was too high2. Volume of vapour coming out is extremely low3. Vapour temperature is way too high for face.
