What a fabulous toothbrush! From the moment I opened the box, I just knew this was a great purchase. It does have a really classy feel to it. I love the weight of the slimline handle/body and the heads are small and gentle. I love the travelling case, and with the UV cleaning function and a very long charge time it gives it a real edge for travelling. Delighted that it charges with a USB - very sensible indeed!And now the important bit. The actual brushing function itself. It's an experience! (I like the timing function - that's very useful indeed). The sonic brushing, though! WOW! What a difference it makes! Honestly, I thought my previous toothbrush was good, but it doesn't hold a candle to my Suri - my teeth genuinely feel so clean! And it's just naturally so gentle on my gums! I am absolutely sure my teeth also look cleaner since I've been using my Suri.Every time I use it, I just love it a bit more. My nearest and dearest have been fully informed, on several occasions, of its awesomeness.There's so much attention to detail in it. From function, to looks right through to the sustainability and recycling aspect, this is, in my opinion, a tip-top toothbrush.Well worth the price tag - I think it's excellent value.Honestly, I highly recommend this product.

5 stars for both the product and the 1st class customer service. Sadly my device developed a fault after a few months. However within two working days of me contacting their customer service team a replacement toothbrush was winging its way to me in the post - this is exactly the sort of hassle-free customer service which so many other companies could learn from (thanks Suri and specifically Roxanne).As for the product itself - this was the second one I’ve bought and (fault aside) it was perfect! Not sure what more you can really say about a toothbrush other than I would have no hesitation in buying again from them or recommending them to friends and family

This is an excellent electric toothbrush! Long battery life, impressive vibrating power, and great results. The UV case is an exciting bonus, and the eco-friendly guarantee is the cherry on top! I will strongly recommend SURI to my friends and colleagues.

Brilliant toothbrush! The toothbrush, charger and mirror mount are absolutely fantastic and it’s honestly the best for its price on the market. Only reason for 4 stars is because the ultraviolet cleaning charging case is just not to the same quality as the rest of the items, possibly I just got a lower quality one due to being unlucky but the charging case I found is a bit flimsy as it doesn’t form a tight seal around the case when the toothbrush is inside which makes it not close as securely as without the tooth brush almost like it’s bulging out a bitFor value of money I would say just buy it on its own. Otherwise great!

Excellent product, excellent customer service from Suri I had to return a unit under warranty and a replacement has been sent. Would buy again, worth the price tag.

While I was sceptical at first because of the marketing hype I have to say this toothbrush more than lives up to it. It's beautiful, sleek, the charger case is so useful and slim, and works really well (I'd read about charging issues, but I've not experienced any in the four months I've had it, and I travel a lot). The magnetic holder really neat for home. The battery life is absolutely incredible (it's definitely more than 40 days for me and I use it twice a day). I have super sensitive gums and the bristles don't cause any bleeding, which I've found with previous electric toothbrushes. It's got two speed settings, and I've really found the cleaning experience absolutely second to none. Only thing I've noticed is that the colour has chipped in one place, no idea how, which others have noted also, so that's probably something they'll have to work on. But overall this has been a flawless experience for me, cleaning wise, and the design and functionality of the accessories is a massive bonus.

I’ve always used an electric toothbrush however I wanted to be a bit more eco friendly so I opted for this one & I’m very impressed it’s great value for money the bristles are soft it has a timer so it switched off after 2 mins the brush head replacements are affordable and it cleans really well
