The media could not be loaded.  Overall, this isn't too bad and would make a nice gift. I bring gift up because despite this being shipped in a custom made box from Amazon, it still showed up with shipping 'damage'. I tried to show the wear and tear on the side of the box. It makes it almost look like this had been returned and then shipped out again. I wasn't too impressed with that, especially if I had intended this a gift for someone and had it shipped direct to them. Plus, the inside showed damage in what I assume was transport, but maybe it had been a return? I may be a bit harsher when it comes to gifts, but I expect an item to look new if that's what I bought. If this was more of a transportation issue, then the packaging could use a little more work. All that said, and no obvious damage, so that's good. We've had many diffusers in our house and this preforms right in the middle of the pack. Nothing outstanding, yet nothing to complain about at this point. It preforms just as you expect and looks nice. The ceramic cover has a grainy sand feel to it, and is no where white, more of a beige. If the light is not on, the opening looks a bit large. With the light on, it looks much better. There wasn't as much of a difference in the settings for the light level which would have been better. Filling and clean out are pretty standard and the included instructions go over those and more. The last two images I included because you need to be careful when cleaning the top. There are ribs that attach the diffuser shield to the cap and if you use to much force to clean this area, you could snap it off. Then it would have to be glued, which often doesn't work well on diffusers. The amount of time this runs for on a preset mode would be nicer if it were longer. 1, 3 and 5 hours are nice, but we like to run ours for longer stints than 5 hours. At least it does have a continuous mode as the first setting. This means it will run until there is no more liquid to diffuse. This is a nice feature for running this in a bedroom/room to last all night or day essentially. Really, I may be nit picking a little because we have had so many, but at the end of the day this is a really nice diffuser. I like the texture of the surround the most surprisingly.

Oil diffuser works great, scents the entire room. The light can be changed for brightness. The ceramic white stone cover is the most attractive part of this item, very pretty, also a little heavy. This item is a little costly, just depends on how much you want to put into a diffuser but it works the same as a cheaper one.

You can’t really see the light, but I actually love that because the white ceramic matches much better without the different colored lights over powering the device.

This is a really pretty diffuser. I've had a few of the plastic cone/teardrop shaped dudes and they really haven't been it aesthetically. Particularly with the spectrum of RGB glowing situations, I just wanted something functional, understated and attractive. This was really nicely executed.Unboxing, the packaging was really nice, felt secure, not overdone. The unit itself came wrapped in a pretty branded tissue wrap secured with a cardboard construct to prevent it from moving. The cardboard box was a really nice quality, presentation in total would make this really giftable.The unit itself works super well. It's on the larger size, but given the exterior appearance I think it looks really nice without being too overwhelming. The ceramic cover is a lovely just off-white textured finish... it can grip dust over time so worth keeping up dusting to prevent the moisture from making it stick. The finish on this is perfect, everything fits together well, it's easy to operate. The well is large enough that it'll run a good long time without refill.For me, the light is really unobtrusive, it isn't something that would keep me up if I left this running overnight. YMMV. I think if I had anything I could point out, the sound this makes might be annoying for some. It's not loud to me at all, and falls into a category of white noise, that I appreciate for sleep. If you're an any-sound or any-light keeps you up person, it might not be the best.

IT'S HEAVIER THAN EXPECTED BUT IT'S VERY PRETTY AND SIMPLE. I LIKE THE SUBTLE WHITE COLOR AND THE SLEEK DESIGN. WAY STEEP ON THE PRICE FOR HOW SIMPLE THIS IS, SO NOT SURE HOW "GIFTABLE" IT IS FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE.

I have used a number of diffusers in the past and this one is the best I have ever used. With 1, 3 or 5 hour run time it is more flexible than the other diffusers I have used. It has a pleasant LED light setting and produces more scent than other diffusers with the same amount of oil.I highly recommend this diffuser!

I love the style of this diffuser light. The porcelain surround and subtle like creates a bit of elegance in whatever room you place it. The water lasts a surprisingly long time and it’s pretty simple to clean using a cotton swab as recommended. My one complaint is that the diffuser has a noticeably loud fan. Not so noticeable when watching tv but in a quiet room, you definitely know that it is running. It becomes white noise to me quick enough but thought it important to mention for anyone that is bothered by that sort of thing.

It's a nice product that's well made. I do feel it's at a slight premium, however the company it is sustainably created, and a tree is planted on your behalf. It's a premium product. The customer service is excellent and responsive. I'm quite sure though, this will last many many years without issue.
