Wow, these things are strong
These magnets are crazy strong but keep in mind, not all ferrous metal is the same. You'll have the best attraction to iron or low-carbon steel. To most stainless steel they will have virtually no attraction. I read comments from others that range from "great" to "don't work" and it is clear that we are comparing apples and oranges. If I attach one of these magnets to my welding table to hold down its cover in the wind, I will have to use a hammer to tap the magnet towards the edge of the table to then pry it off. Note that these magnets are brittle. Do not let one slam against a ferrous surface. I have cracked one magnet that way. Not the fault of the manufacturer. Just that these are magnets and are not made for impact strength. So to wrap it up, know that your mileage will vary depending on how close to pure iron the surface is. After my initial purchase, I bought a bunch more to hang tools off of the sides of rolling carts in the garage.

Inexpensive, strong magnet
The Good: Inexpensive, strong magnet. The Bad: The wire "Hook" is simply spring steel wire that is bent into a hook to fit into the center pin. Any lateral movement and it will come loose. The center pin is solid, as it won't swivel. Some other magnets do have this. The wire hook and the body are painted. No idea if anything will rust.Ultimately, this does what I want.

strong magnets
Works just like I hoped they would (attaching a basket to the side of a file cabinet). Very strong magnets (strong enough that they are hard to remove or slide, so make sure you put them where you want at the start).

They don't come assembled.
The magnets seem strong. You might need pliers to put them together.

Strong.
I'm thrilled with my purchase of the 6 Pack Magnetic Hooks! They deserve a solid 5 out of 5 stars. These hooks are incredibly strong and reliable. They securely hold items in place, and you can trust that they won't come apart easily. I've been using them to keep my grilling utensils within easy reach on my grill, and they work like a charm. If you need heavy-duty magnetic hooks that get the job done without any fuss, these are a fantastic choice. They've made organizing and accessing my grilling tools a breeze, and I couldn't be happier with their performance.

Strong magnets
Bought these to attach to the side of my grill to hang grill tools off of. They do the trick and the magnets are so strong that the one on the underside of the grill holing the drip bucket is difficult to remove, so I have no concerns that a half full drip bucket is going to fall off.

Small and mighty
It took a minute to determine how to assemble the device because no directions were provided; however they serve my purpose well.

Holds a good amout
So far happy with these. Hold a fair amount of weight and do not slide around. Have 2 on our front door that is steel and our winter coats are securely in place

Amazing!
These are super strong! I got them to hang my giant calendar on the fridge for easy access & viewing of our crazy schedule. These are definitely some of the strongest magnets I've encountered. At first, I was confused because the hook didn't come attached. So I went back and looked at the photos on Amazon details & saw that there are holes on the sides of the little button thing of the magnet, then I slightly open the hook part and attach it. Super easy, super cool and super strong. I will definitely be re ordering

Good magnets but very overpriced
Strong magnets. Cheap hooks and a very thin finish on the metal. It’ll scrape off with a fingernail / when trying to put the cheap hooks on.

They'll hold 110 lbs.... In zero gravity!
There is no way these can hold 110 pound. I love and work in a literal metal box (cruise ship) and my office has steel walls and ceilings. If I put these on a vertical wall, they slide down after about 3 pounds is attached. The reason I bought them, however, was too hang a small bell from the ceiling. Nope. Just pulled the hook right off the metal and sent my bell crashing to the ground. 0 stars for the blatant over rating of the magnetic force these have.
