I have a cordless jump rope. It’s a lightweight cordless rope. The other pair ( more challenging) are Crossrope ( 1 and 2 lbs ) weighted rope. My yoga mat does not work , because it moves around. This mat stays in place. The quality is top grade , and it’s comfortable to jump on. I’m so happy, because it’s less expensive than the Crossrope mat. I didn’t mind buy the expensive ropes, but I didn’t want to spend over $100 for a mat. It’s a versatile mat. You can use a regular rope cordless rope ,,and you can do jumping jacks or run in place on this mat. It comes with convenient traveling handles to carry the mat.

Perfect size and adequate padding. I'm using it for outdoor jump roping and after a quick wipe down I use it for indoor exercises. Great mat don't think twice, buy it!

Great price for a person on a budget. As much as I wanted to buy the Crossrope mat at $119, my wallet said "no!" Overall, the quality is fantastic, not sure about the durability of it yet (I'll will update). Definitely, would recommend this mat for your overall needs.

I bought this without it having any reviews, so wasn't sure what to expect. I am so pleasantly surprised! I wanted a mat (to jump rope) that was bigger than many in this price range (got it for $39.99) - most are 48x36, this one is 54x36; and others are either too big or too narrow. This one is the same size as the much more expensive Crossrope mat (Cadillac of ropes and mats), which is $119!It is a quality product - good thickness, sturdy, good size - I am very pleased with it! You can roll it up and it comes with a carry strap. I would highly recommend.

The mat just arrived today. I purchased this because the apartment I live in has carpeting throughout the higher ceiling areas. This is working out perfectly for me so far 😁. Very happy with my purchase! A worthy investment.

Too thin for my needs

This is a nice mat the provides adequate cushion and is easily rolled up and carried with the strap provided. I'm very happy with my purchase.
