Round Unfinished Natural Wood Circles for Arts and Crafts 1.5 Inches (250 Pieces) by Dragon Drew

Uneven edges and not a 1 1/2 inch circle. I bought these to make wooden nickels. they work, but the undersize units make it difficult for set up in my jig. Also some are not round. Great price, but needs a little more attention to detail.

I recently got into laser etching and CNC milling.You will need a good, inexpensive supply of materials if you are going to indulge in maker activities.Enter these lovely, inexpensive wooden slugs.Each is cut from a solid piece of wood, not laminate, not particle board, and they are pretty close to 1 1/2" in diameter. (They are not perfect, but you are not paying for perfection.)(Please see the enclosed picture.)After working with the slugs for about two weeks, I had figured out how to make some very nice looking counters, etc.That said, I was happy for the inexpensive resource while I was learning and experimenting.If you are new to the maker world, or you need to produce a lot of something based on an inch and a half wooden slug cheaply then these are perfect for you.

Purchased 250 pcs of 1.5” Wooden CirclesDisclaimer: If you are a perfectionist, please read through my review. I think you’d be at least 95% happy with this product.For fun, I counted the pieces. I received 252pcs (Pictured). Kind of cool that there were 2 extra because it offsets the fact that there are 2 pieces that aren’t round (as pictured).I didn’t expect the finish to be as smooth as it was. I’m used to unfinished wood products to feel slightly raw. I expected the tops to be smooth, but not the edges. I’m happy that the edges are smooth too.There are pieces that may be within millimeters of being 1.5”. That is fine with me. As seen in the picture some are slightly warped. It was hard to find an obvious one for me to take a pic of, but some pieces (out of the hundreds, so not bad) were a little oblong rather than round.The color was all relatively the same. If some were on the distinctively darker side, then it’d throw me off on how I’d plan to use them.I am overall very pleased with my purchase. Any defects are very minor and personally don’t bother me at all.

Wonderful product.

I purchased these to make pins for an event. These were not suitable for this project as I needed the disc to be perfectly round. I did drill a hole in them and will use them for kids to color with magic markers and make a simple necklace at a summertime event my nonprofit is having. Out of 250, about 10 were cracked or broken when I received them. If you don't need precision these are great for kids' projects.

exactly what i was hoping for will for sure order more if needed for craft projects.

I’m removing a star because I was shorted about 10-12 pieces. I’m guessing they’re packed by weight. But still, it mattered to me bc I needed an exact amount. I didn’t have enough time to contact the seller as my project was the morning after delivery.Aside from the miscount, they were a decent weight and worked very well as chips for the kiddos to draw on with markers for a homemade tic tac toe kit.However- Yes, I would recommend! And I suggest that you count them and contact seller if needed.

hair shy of 1.5", needed to be spot on, hole punch i have and computer print settings are for 1.5" and both have a overlap all the way around, very disappointed, maybe the rounded edge something to do with the difference

I like them, very cutes... juuuust a bit bigger than 1.5in. Also I only had about 210 in the bag :-(
