SilverHooks Women's 22 inch Printed Duffel Bag (Boho W/Turquoise Trim)

The comments about the smell are true and accurate. Against my better judgement, I ordered it thinking that the smell comments were from sensitive people. I was wrong - There is a distinct chemical smell from (I assume) the printing process. Otherwise looks fine, but something surely needs to be done about the manufacturing. Will do what I can to air it out or make the smell lessen, but I can imagine all of the clothes carried in there will smell as well.

Love love this pretty efficient travel duffle bag! It looks pretty and is very durable! Excellent price and love how these come in different sizes! This is my second order. I first ordered the larger size 22" about and loved that one for traveling that I wanted to order a 2nd smaller size which work perfect for vacation. I do recommend though to ordering some weeks ahead before using so you can air it out for at least a week due to a strong plastic like smell... But it does fade away and does not smell up clothes so I give 5 star review because this bag is perfect for vacation!

Gave this to my daughter to replace her old one. It is a great size, just wish the material was a bit thicker, like canvas. It's jubilant print makes up for the flimsiness though.UPDATE:This duffel bag did not last. Completely worn out in three and a half months. Handles ripped and it cannot be fixed, it was not overloaded or abused. It's just not well made or of good quality. Don't waste your money like I did. :(

This is the best carry on bag I've ever owned. I love the colorful print and black trim. I originally ordered the same print with hot pink trim but changed when I saw the black. It has several compartments. The two front pockets are perfect for boarding passes and travel confirmation documents. It fits perfectly underneath the airline seat with room enough for a purse as well. I ordered the Periera Handbag Organizer (large size) to use with it and it's perfect. It takes up about half the inside with numerous pockets, more than I could use. Pockets small enough for cell phone charger, and medium size for camera, snacks, etc. The other half of the bag I used for magazines and reading materials. The only thing I didn't like about this bag was the shoulder strap. It is very light weight and cheaply made. I used a strap from another bag I already had. Overall I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it.

The duffle back looks super cute but it just smells super strong in an awful can't stand the stench way. I'm airing it out but I hope the stinky smell goes away before I need to pack my things in a week from now. The smell is so strong it is stinking up the room I have it in. Update a week later and still stinks like crazy. Saw others complaining about this. It is too bad.

Edit: I take back all the nice things I said here about this product. The zipper broke before I even left for my vacation!!!!!Looked for a bag that would fit under my seat, trying to travel light. also didn't want to compete for overhead luggage room. I fit all my electronics, phone, iPad, blue tooth speaker, recharger for off grid, a change of clothes, a swim suit (in case my one checked suitcase gets delayed), a book, an led lantern (was afraid to check it because it's so lightweight) a small bag with contacts and extra eyeglass and sunglasses and toothbrush and paste. I will still be able to fit my light poncho, some snacks and my purse inside so trekking for plane changes will be easy. Nice shoulder strap.

The bag is stylish, however the smell of the material is horrible. Will return the bag, unfortunately unless manufacturer has recommendation other than merely airing the bag out!

BEAUTIFUL My had NO smell at all. Negative comments on smell are overstated.  I was worried about that since many reviews made that claim. Ordered the larger size 22, Bohemian w/ Turquoise Trim with the Silverhooks Womens Boho Patchwork Beach Tote Bag same color. I absolutely love this travel duffle bag and tote.The comments about the smell are not true and not accurate, not to say thiers did not, all I can say is mine has no smell/odor. Very happy with this purchase.
