Does exactly what it advertises.
I loved the product . I'm not even a regular sushi maker so the thought of a non-stick mat, made me think "yeah, right". But it actually works really well. I have yet to try a reverse Sushi roll, but the ones I've made so far are great. It's really easy to clean and I like that I don't have to put it in a plastic bag just to make sushi. I little more than a simple roller, but a lot less than a fancy one - who cares, because the taste is the same, which is awesome! I love this product!

Superior to bamboo mats
If you're looking at this product, it's likely because you are tired of the hassle of using the bamboo mat/gallon plastic bag combo. Well, you have discovered something better. This mat has reduced my time to roll sushi by at least 1/3 because it doesn't stick and I don't have to wipe or rinse a plastic bag after every couple of rolls. If you found this item before trying that method, then count yourself lucky.Be sure to place your nori on the textured and bumpy side of the mat because that is the primary nonstick element to this mat. Also, when storing, roll up the mat in the same direction and just put a rubber band around it. Don't be a newb and keep rolling it up in opposite directions. After all, it is a cheap piece of plastic that will break if you constantly do that.

It does the job.
I'll like it better if the sushi matt is a little thicker and less flimsy. Otherwise it does the job.

Broke during first use
Broke upon first use. I was pleased when starting to make rolls but noticed early on that the mat was broken in the middle making it useless. Think I’ll stick to bamboo from now on.

Hard to make a tight roll.
We are still trying it to see if with uses it might get easier.

So much better than bamboo
Although this is a little less flexible, it's much easier than trying to manage a bamboo mat covered in plastic wrap, or even a naked bamboo mat, and it washes clean.

Every product has Front and Back side
Every product has Front and Back side, front side has bumps and back side is flat.Bumps will help Rice not to stick on the roller. If you try to use both sides it will break because your bending it back and forth, back and forth get it?this product didn't break on me and I'm using it in a Restaurant (for 1 year Plus) and we do about 200 plus rolls per day per chef!

Bad product
Very rigid not good for making sushi. Sounds good but not practical. Stick with the bamboo one they might be a little harder to clean but much better to use.
