My African Violet Plants Lived It
The compost arrived quickly and was well packaged . I was surprised how fibrous the compost was, II hadn’t bought it before. My plants had multiplied and needed potting up. They are now all in flower and obviously very happy. Clearly this is what African Violets like. I can recommend this compost to give the desired results of happy plants that produce lovely flowers.

Easy to work with. Sufficient for several 4” pots.
I just needed to repot a couple of the wife’s very old plants that had outgrown their pots and were looking very sorry. They are thriving in the new compost which is a very nice quality and texture, with no smell and holds just enough water to maintain a good balance.

Flies
Not a bad soil, but I did find that I got the pesky tiny flies after using this for my plants, possibly as the bag was full of small holes ,so I would probably not purchase again.
